1. What’s the deal with shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. for $5.99 (still finalizing cost). Need your preloved treasures faster? Choose 2-day express shipping for $14.99 (Still finalizing cost). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your item’s journey. And don’t worry, all of our packaging is eco-friendly because we care about sustainability just as much as you do!


2. Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer  refunds. Instead, we offer  store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Store credit is valid for one year, so you have plenty of time to find something else you love. This policy helps us keep our prices low and contributes to a more sustainable shopping experience.


3. How do I return something?
Returning an item is easy! Just email us at support@projectrewear.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We’ll give you all the instructions for sending it back. Just make sure the item is in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags still attached. Please note, you’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error.


4. How does store credit work?
When you opt for store credit, we’ll issue it as a digital gift card. You’ll receive an email with a unique code that can be used at checkout just like cash. The credit is valid for one year and can be used toward any future purchase.


5. What if I lose my store credit?
Uh-oh! Store credit is like cash, so once it’s lost, we can’t replace it. Be sure to keep your gift card code safe! If you misplace the email with the code, contact us, and we may be able to resend it if the card is still active.


6. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within the U.S. However, we’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!


7. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. You can follow the journey of your preloved items as they make their way to your doorstep!


8. Is every item hand-picked?

Yes! Every item in our store is handpicked for quality, style, and brand. We carefully select pieces to ensure they are in very good condition, meaning no major wear, stains, or damage. We’re all about bringing you the best preloved gems that are ready for a second life in your wardrobe!


However, because our items are preloved, there may occasionally be minor imperfections. While we do our best to catch any issues, small flaws or stains may be overlooked. By purchasing from Project ReWear, you acknowledge that all items are secondhand and may come with minor signs of wear. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to promote sustainable fashion!


9. Why do you only offer store credit?
At Project ReWear, our mission is to make sustainable fashion both affordable and accessible. Since we price our preloved items competitively, we don’t offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit to ensure you always find something you love while keeping our prices low and our mission sustainable.

10. Can I visit a Project Rewear store in person?
